This is the agreement between you and Glimpse. By creating an account you accept it. If you don't, don't use the app.
Glimpse is operated by Christopher Lee, an individual sole proprietor in California, United States ("we", "us"). This agreement also serves as the End User License Agreement required by Apple.
Glimpse is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed immediately and their data deleted. Providing a false date of birth is a breach of these terms.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Glimpse. Content that violates this section is removed and the account responsible is terminated, typically without warning. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Every profile and every post can be reported from inside the app. Every user can be blocked, which immediately hides each of you from the other in both directions.
Reports reach a real person and are reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, warn the account, suspend it, or terminate it permanently. Serious matters — particularly anything involving a minor or a credible threat — are referred to law enforcement.
We can remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion where we believe these terms have been broken. We don't have to warn you first.
Your photos and writing remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
To operate the app we need permission to use them for that purpose: by posting content to Glimpse you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it, solely in order to run and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we're required to retain something in connection with a safety report or a legal obligation.
You confirm you have the right to post what you post, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Glimpse does not run background checks or verify criminal history. We don't vouch for anyone's identity, conduct, or intentions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person. Please read the safety page before meeting anyone.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we're legally required to, or if we stop operating the service. Sections covering content licences, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination.
Glimpse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that you'll meet anyone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Glimpse or your interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the maximum extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your interactions with other users.
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple has no responsibility for Glimpse or its content and no obligation to provide support for it. If Glimpse fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to Glimpse, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use Glimpse afterwards means you accept them.
